We loved our time here. The location was absolutely good and private parking was on-site. Saint-Florent district deserves to be explored. The excellent restaurant is a nice plus: D

wanted to explore niort and this hotel was great base for doing it. near to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. btw, their manager is top! had private bathroom with all essentials. moreover, we parked onsite.

Could not be improved in any way.
